Readiness

Readiness class is where our youngest learners begin their journey.  Students must be at least 5 years old to be in this class. Our Readiness class focuses on all the things your child will need to be successful in the school environment, such as navigation around the facility, following routines, self- help skills and beginning academics. Self-help skills include independence in toileting, eating, picking up after themselves and other skills based on individual need.  Teachers work with students to develop self-control in sitting for short periods of time and following simple instructions.  Academics in this class range from Pre-K to the end of kindergarten.  We strive to meet each child where they are and give them the tools they need to take

them to their next level .
